First, we recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible since spots are limited, this step is free! Then, we’ll have a 15-minute one-on-one discovery session via Zoom to discuss your needs and explain the process from start to finish. If you’re comfortable to proceed at the end of the session, you can secure your spot by making full payment.
To make the most of your session, we ask all clients to come prepared with a written script or structured talking points. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through this during the discovery session.
On the day, we’ll have a teleprompter set up so you can deliver your content smoothly and confidently, without needing to memorise anything.

We’ll then edit the content to give it a final polish and provide the videos to you within 48 business hours!
Absolutely! This discovery session ensures a smooth and successful experience. It’s important for us to understand your needs and for you to understand the process. This session is free and only takes 15 minutes, with our guided approach making it efficient and effective. Following the session, you’ll feel comfortable, at ease, and clear on the next steps. It also helps ensure the filming session runs on time and we get the most out of your time in the studio. Please note, if you do not book the pre-filming session within two days of reserving your spot, your reservation will be released.

For the standard package, your session time is 45 minutes, while the premium package offers a 60-minute session. The first 15 minutes upon your arrival will be dedicated to setting you up for filming and making any necessary adjustments to the set

We’ll cover what you want to achieve from your session, the type of content, scripts (if needed), and other tips and suggestions to help you feel comfortable and ready.
The standard package includes 4 minutes of final video output.
For many people, this could be 4 x 1 minute videos, or a video for each week of the month, securing their social or promotional video appetite for the month from one short filming session.
Alternatively, this could be a different combination of video content that totals 4 minutes. For example, two videos at two minutes each.
The same approach can be applied with the Premium package though you will have 6 total minutes to play with!
Would you like to use your total minutes to create one long-form video? No problem, we can do that too!
With the Custom package, we can tailor the session and the total minutes of video content to suit your specific preferences.
Yes it is! Since spots are limited, we recommend you reserve your spot ASAP.

If you’re not comfortable and decide not to proceed, there’s no financial commitment. We’re here to make sure you feel confident about your decision!
The studio is located at Central House, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne. After you book, we will provide detailed instructions on how to get here, including parking information and directions for when you arrive.
Absolutely! During our pre-filming chat, we’ll go over your requirements and guide you on what to prepare before filming. We’ll also have time before your arrival to set things up just as we discussed. With everything perfectly planned, your filming session should wrap up within the designated time slot, leaving you with a few extra minutes to spare for some celebratory fun!
Yes, clients have the option to book two consecutive time slots if they require extended content or have specific filming needs. Simply let us know your requirements, and we’ll accommodate accordingly.
Absolutely! We offer additional services such as capturing b-roll footage at your workplace or preferred location to enhance your video content. Please note that this service may occur on a different date than the filming session.
We handle all the editing for your videos! Our professional video editor will work based on the specifications outlined in our pre-filming discussion.
We’ll work quickly to have the videos ready for review within two business days.
You’ll receive a review link to access your video, where you can add comments and change requests.
You will have one round of changes per video.
Once the changes are complete, you can download your videos!
Yes, we can absolutely accommodate two people on camera, but this would form part of a custom package, as two-person setups are not included in the standard package.
If you’re planning a Q&A-style session, where one person asks and the other answers questions, we can design a setup with two cameras, one wide shot and one close-up, and edit between them for a polished, dynamic result.
If both participants are delivering direct-to-camera talking head videos using the teleprompter, we’ll need to include a second camera. This allows us to capture alternate angles for smooth edits during any pauses or retakes. This second camera can be added to the premium package for $150 + GST.
